ITS Arizona mourns the passing of Past President (2002) Tomás Guerra of OZ Engineering due to complications of COVID-19. Tomás was a friend and colleague to many of us. His passing is a tremendous loss to ITS Arizona and the ITS community. Tomás was accredited for the development of several regionally significant ITS systems in Arizona and around the country. He will be remembered as a wonderful person with the utmost professionalism.
