ITS Arizona is excited to announce that we have adopted a shared-use path in Tempe! We will be responsible for seasonal cleanups of a one-mile segment of the Tempe Canal Path between University Drive and Apache Boulevard along the border between Tempe and Mesa.
Please join us for our first cleanup event on Saturday, December 3rd from 8-9:30am. Families and guests are welcome to attend, but are limited to those 12 and over. Safety vests and bags will be provided by the City of Tempe’s Adopt-a-Path program, so please register everyone who will be attending to make sure we have an accurate headcount. Gloves and pick-up tools are recommended, but will not be provided, and all volunteers will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
